We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant at our downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota office in the IDS Building.
Administrative support for seven person office in partnership with the operations director. Responsibilities include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, and managing member relations. Requires strong computer and internet skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff, association members, political leaders and vendors.
