We are currently seeking an Operations Manager at our downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota office in the IDS Building.


Operations Manager

Office and association membership support for seven-person company.


  • Membership Support: coordinates appointments, scheduling meetings, generating reports, and/or interfacing with executive assistants about board member activities. Installs, administers, and supports the association management software (AMS—MemberClicks/Personify).
  • Meetings and Events: Directs the planning and execution of MBP’s events and meetings, including logistics, vendor relations, and contract negotiations. Coordinates scheduling of annual meeting and dinner, quarterly committee events, and monthly board meetings. Involved and leads on site selection, registration, participant accommodations, and event planning and budgeting.
  • General Office Administrative Support: Screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, event planning, preparing reports as needed.


Experience in association administrative support, meeting, and special event planning, and/or project management preferred.  Requires strong computer and internet skills (Microsoft365, MemberClicks/Personify) as well as excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff, association members, community leaders and vendors.
